The city of Ripon boasts beautiful parks open for volleyball, baseball, basketball, softball, ice skating, picnicking, disk golf and fishing! Barlow Park
Barlow Park is located at the intersection of Griswold and Watson Streets. Featuring barrier free play equipment, restrooms, picnic tables, benches and shelter houses, for the active and young at heart you can find basketball courts, and a baseball diamond. Ceresco Park
Ceresco Park is located on South Union Street. This park offers handicapped accessible play equipment. The park features handicap-accessible restrooms, picnic tables, park benches, shelter house, and half-court basketball area. Click here for more information on Ceresco Park
Eagle Park
Eagle Park is located on Pearl and Eagle Street. This park offers handicapped accessible play equipment, picnic tables, park benches, and access to the Northwestern Hiking Trail.
Kiwanis Park
4+ acres of wildwood natural beauty located in the southwestern corner of Ripon. The park is maintained for the enjoyment of all members of the community and provides great sledding in the winter and a walking trail the rest of the year.
A trail entrance is accessible from Thomas Street for walkers, sledders, boarders, and skiers.
Murray Park
Murray Park is located on Murray Park Drive. Throughout the park you can find barrier free play equipment, restrooms, picnic tables, benches and a shelter house, and a disc golf course For the active and young at heart you can find two tennis courts, one basketball court, and four little league and two softball diamonds. Riggs County Park
This 300-acre park is the most recent addition to the Fond du Lac County park system. Purchased in 1998, the park is planned as a largely natural area park with 180 acres of wetlands, 70 acres of native prairie restoration and about 50 acres of active recreation. The park provides a newly developed parking area, shelter, playground and walking trails for users. Enjoy an 18-hole disc golf course located at the east end of Riggs County Park. The disc golf course starts and ends by the Adams School parking lot. The course is complete with tee signs, a course layout map, brochure, and tree plantings. In July of 2017 a Splashpad opened at Riggs County Park. The project was created by the Ripon Noon Kiwanis group and is a joint effort with the Fond du Lac County Parks and Recreation Department. Ripon Dog Park
The Ripon Dog Park spans five acres of fenced property. It’s a fantastic place for dogs to play, run and have fun! There is also a separate fenced in area for “little dogs.”
Selfridge Park
Selfridge Park is located on E. Water and Seward Streets. This park offers play equipment, handicap accessible restrooms, picnic tables, park benches. On a warm summer day you will find many people fishing and enjoying the Gothic Mill Pond. If action is what you are looking for then look no further than the skateboard park and horseshoe pits.
